Gloucestershire Deafened and Cochlear Implant Support Group
The main aim of this group is to give support to all local CI users, prospective implantees and their families. Membership is free and members of GCISG will be sent a newsletter 'Hear It' at least once a year, giving details of 2 meetings each year with speakers, a CI users personal experience and professional support on hand from Hearing Therapy, plus a fundraising/social event at least once a year. An e-mail group has also been set up where members can offer support, answer questions and exchange information and experiences.

Home Counties Cochlear Implant Group (HCCIG)
An informal group for CI users, their families and people awaiting implants. The group is based in North London but members range from as far south as West Sussex to right up into North Hertfordshire and Essex. HCCIG have a newsletter, 'Magnetise', and a lively social programme.
